Title Hub's new feature allows sellers to easily add notes and updates on vehicle titles, keeping buyers informed about their purchase status. Here is a quick video under one minute that walks you through this new feature.

• Go to Title Hub (it's under My ACV, then find Title Hub)
• Select the vehicle you are selling with a Title update
• Click "Add Note"
• Type your note
• Hit Submit

We got a new feature on Title Hub. Anytime you have an update on a title for one of the vehicles you've sold with us, you can now just go into Title Hub and hit “add note” right here. And then you can just give us an update. So we can update the buyer. So literally you just hit add note, you put whatever internal note you want, maybe it's “title on way”. You hit submit. You'll see that it has been added, and then that's it. And then our team will find out about it and they can inform the buyer on the status of the title. So that's it. Thanks and have a great day.
